HOW DO YOU CHARGE COMMISSION FEES? /HOW MUCH MONEY DO I REALLY GET?

After the event we issue an invoice deducting the commission fee. Organizers are directly provided with a final amount considering the commission.

Our commission is VAT exclusive.

Example:

Tickets priced at below €12.50

An event organizer sells tickets to his event for 6 EUR. Tootoot charges a commission of €0.24 (which represents 4% of €6) per ticket sold and €0.059 bank charges. The overall charge to organizer per ticket sold is then €0.30 excl. VAT.

Tickets priced at over €12.50

For each ticket sold for €35 the organizer pays €0.50 for ticketing and €0.35 bank charges. The charge will overall amount to €0.85 excl. VAT.


DO YOU TRANSFER MONEY GRADUALLY OR ALL AT ONCE?

We send all the money at once within 5 business days after the event to a pre-defined bank account.


DOES THE ACCOUNT YOU SEND MONEY TO HAVE TO BE A COMPANY ACCOUNT OR CAN A PRIVATE ACCOUNT BE USED?

It doesn’t matter if the account is a company or private account. What is important is for it to be correct.


DO I NEED SINGLE BILLING DETAILS OR CAN I USE MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ONES?

We can send money for different events to different bank accounts. We can agree what bank account the money should be sent to for each individual event.


HOW DO I KNOW YOU WILL REALLY SEND ME THE MONEY?

When creating a profile, the organizer agrees to usage terms and conditions which substitute a contract point no.

WHAT IF SOMEONE REQUESTS THEIR MONEY BACK?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee in case of event cancellation, technical difficulties with purchase (e.g.: duplicate payment). In case of any purchase issues your customers can be referred to our customer service they can contact 24/7 at support@tootoot.co.

We do our best to cooperate with organizers that are reliable and act responsibly towards their audience. Still, anything can happen. In case an event is cancelled despite all the efforts, all customer will get their money back without additional complications and delays. No exceptions. No reservations. We care about your satisfaction with our service.


INVOICING – DO YOU REQUIRE COMPANY DETAILS OR CAN I USE PERSONAL DETAILS FOR INVOICING PURPOSES?

The billing details can be either company or personal. You can use different billing details for each event.


HOW DO I ADD EVENTS?

Tootoot has a self-service. You publish your event, set up different sectors, capacity, as well as ticket prices and you can start selling. The current status of your ticket sales is available online.


CAN I IMPORT EVENTS FROM FACEBOOK?

Facebook events can’t be uploaded on Tootoot, but events created on Tootoot can be shared on Facebook and other social media websites.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ABOUT AN EVENT?

It is very simple. Log into tootoot.fm, select the event you would like to update, click ‘’Edit’’ and make the necessary changes.


HOW DO I CHECK HOW MANY TICKETS HAVE BEEN SOLD?

The amount of tickets sold is available on the website Home page right after you log in. For more information about sales go to the ‘’Event’’ section, select ‘’Statistics’’ and you will find more detailed information.


HOW ARE THE TICKETS CHECKED?

The tickets are checked via an app called Checktootoot that is available to download for free for Android and iOS devices.


HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE APP?

Once you download the app you can log in using the same details you use on the web. After you’ve logged in just select the event you would like to check, click on ‘’Scan tickets’’ and you’re all set.


WHAT IF I NEED MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO CHECK THE TICKETS?

After logging in to the app you have an option to authorize as many devices as you need. Click on ‘’Authorize new devices’’, then ‘’Display QR code’’ and scan it by all devices that will be checking the tickets. All they need is to have the Checktootoot app downloaded and select the ‘’I am at the gate’’ option. The second option is to directly give them your login details.


DO I NEED TO BE ONLINE WHEN CHECKING THE TICKETS?

You have to be online when logging in to the app. You don’t have to be online to be able to scan the tickets.


WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH CHECKING THE TICKETS?

If the app is not able to scan the ticket, please check whether the ticket hasn’t been cancelled. You can try to sign out and back in. If the issue persists you can contact us 24/7 at support@tootoot.co.


CAN I CHECK HOW MANY TICKETS HAVE BEEN SCANNED?

This option is currently not available, but we are working very hard to add it soon.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO FALSIFY THE TICKETS?

No. Each code is unique and can only be used once.


WHAT IF PEOPLE CALL ME WITH AN ISSUE? (IF THEY’RE NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE A TICKET OR DIDN’T GET IT)

No worries- we will resolve it for you. All you need to do is contact us at support@tootoot.co.


I HAVE MY OWN WEBSITE? CAN I USE IT TO SELL THE TICKETS?

Of course you can. We can supply you with an iframe for your website including the same sales functionalities available on our web.


CAN YOU SUPPLY ME WITH E-MAILS ADDRESSES OF PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED TICKETS?

We don’t supply the e-mail addresses due to personal data protection regulations. We can work with these data, though, and you can reach your fan base with our supercool Tootoot Newsletters.
