DO I HAVE TO BE ONLINE TO HAVE MY TICKET CHECKED AT THE GATE?

You have to be online when logging into the app or downloading the PDF from your e-mail. You do not have to be online for your ticket to be scanned.


HOW IS THE TICKET VERIFICATION DONE AT THE GATE?

The tickets are scanned at the gate using our cool Checktootoot app. The app is used to scan the QR code on your ticket.


DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET?

It is not necessary to print your ticket. After all, we need to save the trees! You only need to show the ticket on your phone, tablet, or PC- although you probably won’t bring your PC to a concert.


I COULD NOT FIND MY TICKET IN MY MAILBOX SO YOU SENT ME A NEW ONE AND NOW I HAVE 2 TICKETS. WHICH ONE IS VALID?

The new one is valid. Even though you found your original ticket, we had cancelled it when we sent you the new one and the original one is now void.


I MADE THE PAYMENT TWICE BY MISTAKE. WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IF THE PAYMENT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL?

Please check whether:

  • You have online payments activated on your bank account

  • You have not exceeded your daily payment limit

  • You have enough funds available on your bank account

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

The most common reasons are an incorrect e-mail address or an unsuccessful payment. In any case- don’t worry- make sure to check your Spam folder and feel free to contact us at 0948 960 696 or support@tootoot.co.


HOW DOES TICKET PURCHASING VIA TOOTOOT WORK?

The purchase is very simple.

  1. Register at tootoot.fm using your e-mail or Facebook account (registration is not mandatory to make the purchase)

  2. Select the event you would like to go to

  3. Click “Get tickets”

  4. Select a section/ticket type

  5. Enter an amount

  6. Select a type of payment

  7. If you are not logged in via tootoot.fm enter your e-mail address (please make sure the address is correct in order to receive the tickets)

  8. Agree to our Terms & Conditions

  9. Make the payment

That’s it! The ticket is yours!


HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKET?

It’s very simple. All you need is a credit or a debit card. The payment is processed via a payment gate CardPay powered by Tatra Banka. You can make the payment with a card issued by any bank with card types VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, or Discover.

We offer 3 payment options:

        2. Bank transfer

We do not store your card details and don’t do automatic payments.


I PURCHASED A TICKET. WHERE DO I FIND IT?

You can find your ticket:

  • In your mailbox in PDF format

  • In your Tootoot account after logging in at tootoot.fm and selecting Menu Purchased tickets

  • In the Tootoot app – the app is for free and available to install for all iOS and Android


I PAID FOR MY TICKET BUT AM BEING TOLD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES. WAS THE PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL?

Please wait 15 minutes and keep refreshing your mailbox. You will most likely receive your ticket and payment confirmation in less than 15 minutes. If not it means the payment was not successful, you were not charged and need to repeat the transaction.
